No. Following your pre-arrival consultation, Ananda’s doctor recommends the programme and duration best suited to you. Your programme is refined after you arrive and can be adjusted throughout your stay.
Ananda is an expert-led holistic wellness retreat rather than a conventional medical clinic. Its foundation is Ayurveda, yoga and meditation, supported by emotional healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, physiotherapy, nutrition and complementary therapies.
Ananda offers an introductory programme from five nights. More comprehensive journeys are generally structured around 7, 14 or 21 nights. The doctor’s recommendation will depend on what you would like to address.
Yes. Ananda is exceptionally well suited to solo travellers. Your personalised schedule gives structure to each day while allowing you the privacy and space to focus entirely on yourself.
